Chris Heighington is a former professional rugby league player with his distinguished career seeing play 338 first grade games for the Wests Tigers, Cronulla Sharks and Newcastle Knights winning two premierships with the Tigers in 2005 and Sharks in 2016. He represented England in 7 games while post footy his a member of the ABC grandstand team while also in the strength and conditioning industry coaching professional athletes within his business Chris Heighington Sports Performance.
