“Your thoughts control your life and you can’t start thinking negative things like this bloke might get me or I might get hurt. You can bring anything to life, in boxing, in business, if you have positive thinking you’ll bring it to life”
My special guest is Garth Wood. Garth is an Australian professional boxer and rugby league player. Garth was the 2009 Contender Boxing Series Champion and was the first Australian to defeat and knock out 3 time world champion Anthony Mundine. A great athlete, Garth played in the NRL for the South Sydney Rabbitohs and Balmain Tigers.

You will learn plenty from Garth Wood in episode 30 of Talking with TK.
