Sione is a former professional Rugby League player who represented his country New Zealand and played for the Canberra Raiders, North Queensland Cowboys, NZ Warriors, Castleford Tigers and Hull F.C. He is the author of “The Second Phase” and his a business coach and mentor with his newly created Athlete Empire where his clients include star NRL players Jordan Kahu and Suaia Matagi.​
